Cookie Policy

We use cookies to make our site functional and intuitive. The data collected by cookies are used to make the browsing experience more efficient.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files sent from the site to the user's computer (usually to the browser), where they are stored before being re-transmitted to the site by the same user on his/her next visit. A cookie cannot retrieve any other data from the user's hard disk nor transmit computer viruses or acquire email addresses. Each cookie is unique to the user's web browser. Some cookie functions can be delegated to other technologies. In this document, the term 'cookie' refers to both actual cookies and to all similar technologies.

Cookie types

Cookies can be first or third party, where "first party" means cookies that have the site as their domain, while "third party" means cookies that are related to external domains.

Third-party cookies are necessarily installed by an external party, always defined as "third party", not managed by the site. These subjects may also install first-party cookies, saving their cookies on the site's domain.

Technical Cookies

Technical cookies are those used for the sole purpose of carrying out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network, or insofar as this is strictly necessary to the provider of an information society service that has been explicitly requested by the contracting party or user to provide the said service (see art. 122, paragraph 1, of the Code).

They are not used for other purposes and are normally installed directly by the website controller or operator. They can be divided into:

• browsing or session cookies, which guarantee normal browsing and use of the website (allowing, for example, a purchase to be made or authentication performed to access restricted areas); they are in fact necessary for the proper functioning of the site;

• analytical cookies, similar to technical cookies when used directly by the site operator to collect information, in aggregate form, on the number of users and how they visit the site, in order to improve site performance; • functional cookies, which allow the user to browse according to a set of selected criteria (for example, language, products selected for purchase) in order to improve the quality of service. For the installation of these cookies the prior consent of users is not required (more information in the Cookie management paragraph below).

Profiling cookies

Profiling cookies are designed to create profiles relative to the user and are used in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user when browsing the net.

User consent is required for the use of profiling cookies. According to the regulation (more information in the cookie management paragraph below) the user can authorize or refuse consent to the installation of cookies through the options provided in the "Cookie management" section.

In the case of third-party cookies, the site does not have direct control of individual cookies and cannot control them (nor can it install them directly or delete them). You can still manage these cookies through your browser settings (follow the instructions below), or the sites listed in the "Cookie Management" section.

We therefore invite Users to check on the website of the third party indicated in the table below.

Which cookies does Susystore use?

The Susystore site uses only technical cookies to ensure the operation of the site and the collection of statistics on the number of users and visits to individual pages.

System cookies

You can disable these cookies from the browser by following the instructions in the dedicated paragraph, but you will jeopardise your site experience and we will not be liable for malfunction.

Google Analytics

These are anonymous tracking cookies for generating statistics on site usage. Google Analytics with anonymised IP uses cookies that do not store personal data and which are stored on the user's computer to allow the website operator to analyse how users use the site.

Duration Cookies

have a duration dictated by the expiry date (or by a specific action such as closing the browser) set at the time of installation.

Cookies may be:

• temporary or session (session cookies): these are used to store temporary information, to link the actions performed during a specific session and are removed from the computer when the browser is closed;

• permanent (persistent cookies): these are used to store information, such as the login name and password, in order to avoid the user having to type them again each time he visits a specific site. These remain stored on your computer even after you close the browser.
